Homemade Caramel Candy with Pecans

I wanted toasted pecans today and usually I brown them in real butter with brown sugar but today I decided to add cream and cook a little longer than usual and it became candy like. Reminiscent of the pralines I've had in Savannah and New Orleans.
Delicious and nutricious.
I love the freedom of not having to measure ingredients. Just eyeball everything, stir and eat.
